This week I supposed to write about what our feelings and attitude toward food for my class Nutrition and Planning. My feelings and attitude toward food is happy. I love to eat. I live to eat not eat to live. I enjoy food. The smell, the taste, everything, but I am not a emotional eater unlike many of us are. We eat when we are sad and we eat when are happy and we eat when we are bore. Some people crave salty food and some crave sweets.
